Je traint de geest los te komen van malende gedachten; de zorgen over de toekomst en frustraties over het verleden. Je leert hoe de geest werkt en leer die te focusses. Daarmee cre\u00eber je rust en krijg je meer vrijheid in je manier van denken en manier van leven. Zo word je energieker, effectiever en leer je die keuzes te maken die echt bij jezelf passen. In je priv\u00e9leven en op je werk.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Soort meditatie<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mindfulness-meditatie is Inzicht meditatie. Je richt de aandacht op de ademhaling en tegelijkertijd kijk je &#8211; zonder oordeel en met mildheid &#8211; naar gedachten, emoties en lichaamssensaties als voorbijgaande gebeurtenissen in de geest. De begeleiding in de meditatie richt zich op het beschrijven van deze processen wat je helpt om de geest te trainen om met een afstand naar deze processen te kijken.
